The tub. has just acquired two new eBooks to make it easier for you to access these frequently used books:
The Schneider Bautabellen have been used by engineers for over 45 years now, they are a standard work. Although we have numerous printed copies in the textbook collection, the title is now also available digitally. This means that you can use the current edition of the construction tables wherever you are, e.g. search online or print out selected documents.

IWA Publishing from the International Water Association (IWA) publishes parts of its book program as Open Access. 14 relevant new titles are now available. Publishing happens in partnership with the Open Access service provider Knowledge Unlatched.

If you want to borrow books from the university library in order to use them at home or on campus, you need a library card.
For students of TUHH this card is free, but you have to apply for it and come to the library personally. Within a few minutes you will receive your library card and get started.
” Apply ” means that you log on with your personal data here.
Pickup is available at the circulation counter in the university library from Monday – Thursday 9:00am – 7:00pm and Friday 9:00am – 6:00pm, if you present the following:
A valid email address is very important for a smooth service – e. g. for reminder emails at the end of the loan period!

The TUHH library is present at the Summer Party of the TUHH, Wednesday, June 13, 2018.
According the motto “tub. – talking and making” you are invited to make little handicrafts with paper (for children and adults), little bookmarks or booklets with tipps for using information for academic work, as well as to talk about intellectual property rights and other challenges when handling information and working as academic.
Visit us between 1 pm and 6 pm at our stand in the Denickestr. in opposite of the students’ restaurant (Mensa):
