In Knowledge Unlatched’s funding model, libraries jointly fund books from publishers to make them open access. If not enough libraries come together to support the project, only some of the titles will be made openly accessible. However, the participating institutions will in any case receive free and permanent access even to the titles that are not later openly accessible.
Since 2013 the DWA Set of Rules of the German Association for Water, Wastewater and Waste (DWA) has been available via access with IP address of the TU Hamburg. Now, access has changed to access via login.
Please choose the website DWAdirekt and register yourself with your TUHH mail address at the link “Meine Institution/Organisation hat ein Großkundenabo zum Regelwerk” (My institution has a subscricption to access the Set of Rules”). You will get a mail with a link to finish your registration.
Afterwards you can access to the DWA Set of Rules via Login at DWAdirekt. Until now there seems to exist no search interface in English
The DWA Set of Rules is viewed in Germany as the general basis for planning, construction and operation of plants in water, wastewater and waste management, as well as in soil conservation. It makes a considerable contribution to keeping the cost of environmental protection at a reasonable level.
