Access to RSC Books licensed for the copyright years 2025 and 2026.
Are chemistry books still relevant today? We look forward to your feedback!
Compared to journal articles and databases, monographs and edited volumes have been steadily losing ground in the natural sciences and engineering—and consequently at TUHH—for decades. Nevertheless, we continue to receive requests for up-to-date titles on research topics such as functional and low-emission materials, nanomaterial engineering, and self-powered sensors.
To meet this demand, we have licensed the Royal Society of Chemistry’s e-book releases for 2025 and 2026. This means the society’s latest publications are now available to you in digital format.

What do you think? Does this convenient access support your research needs, or do you prefer to have the library purchase printed copies of specific titles when you require research monographs?
We welcome your feedback and suggestions at tub-erwerbungsleitung@tuhh.de.
If you have any other book requests, we are always happy to assist you.
