The library card for our university library is free of charge for most of our users. Students and staff of the TUHH do not pay anything, nor do students of other state universities, pupils and academic staff of the Hamburg universities. Starting tomorrow, this will also be extended to trainees.
There will be a fee raise tomorrow for the ID cards, which will continue to be subject to a fee because there is no reason for a reduction, in line with the fees charged by the other state libraries in Hamburg.

The fee only has to be paid at one library. So you can pay at our library and then use e.g. the State and University Library or the libraries of HAW, HCU, HfBK, HfMT or UKE without paying again.
