Which requirements must be fulfilled?
- You are a member of the TU Hamburg (TUHH) and are submitting the paper as the responsible Corresponding Author.
- It is one of the publisher’s journals from the above-mentioned journal lists.
- Article Processing Charges (APC) are covered. Page charges or publication fees that are not related to Open Access are not part of the agreement.
- Your article is a peer-reviewed article of the eligible categories.
- Articles with a date of acceptance within the contract period are eligible.
What do you have to do?
- Please use your TUHH email address for submissions to the publisher and as your contact address in the article.
- When submitting, please clearly state your institutional affiliation to the TUHH (“Hamburg University of Technology”). You will be provided with a shortlist for this purpose.
- Please add a submission cover letter that has the following text: “Requesting APF waiver through the Hamburg University of Technology-JMIR OA deal via ZB Med.”
- After approval, you will be asked to select a Creative Commons licence. Please consider the author workflow provided by JMIR Publications.
