Which requirements must be fulfilled?
- You are a member of the TU Hamburg (TUHH) and are submitting the paper as the responsible Corresponding Author.
- It is one of the publisher’s journals from the above-mentioned journal lists.
- Article Processing Charges (APC) are covered. Page charges or publication fees that are not related to Open Access are not part of the agreement.
- Your article is a peer-reviewed article of the following categories: Reseach Article, Short Paper or Survey Article.
- Articles with a date of acceptance within the contract period are eligible.
What do you have to do?
- Please use your TUHH email address for submissions to the publisher and as your contact address in the article.
- When submitting, please clearly state your institutional affiliation to the TUHH (“Hamburg University of Technology”). You will be provided with a shortlist for this purpose.
- After submitting the manuscript to ACM Production, you as Corresponding Author will be asked to fill out an eRights form on which you can select the rights to be granted and a Creative Commons license. Please refer to the author workflow (PDF) provided by ACM.
