- The publication fees for publications in the Open Journals, pure Open Access journals from Taylor & Francis, are discounted by 15%.
Which requirements must be fulfilled?
- You are a researcher ot Hamburg University of Technology and are submitting the paper as the responsible Corresponding Author.
- The journal is one of the publisher’s hybrid journals mentioned above.
- Your article is a peer-reviewed article in the following categories: “research article” (article, research article, review, review article, report, brief report, note, case report, essay, discussion)
- The date of acceptance is within the term of the contract.
What do you have to do?
- Please state your institutional affiliation to TUHH clearly (“Hamburg University of Technology”) and inform Taylor & Francis that you would like to publish your article open access.
- Once you have received your author agreement and confirmed your personal details, please select that you wish to fund the article via our open access agreement.
- As soon as you have signed your author contract, the university library will be asked to confirm that it will cover the costs.
- After approval, you will be asked to select a Creative Commons licence.

Additional information
The pure open access journals from Taylor & Francis are not covered by the agreement. A discount of 15 % is granted on the APCs. For funding an approved application to the TUHH Publication Fund is required.
