From 25 July to 2 August 2026, it’s Pride Week in Hamburg! We too are taking this opportunity to raise awareness of queer realities, gender diversity and equality, and to celebrate diversity.
Together with the Equal Opportunity Office, we have put together a vibrant special display shelf. You’ll find it in the library’s entrance area. There you’ll discover a diverse selection of books on topics relating to queerness, LGBTQIA+ families, gender diversity and equality.
Take the opportunity to have a browse – you can borrow all items directly or download them digitally via QR codes. A full list of all titles is also available online.
You can also expand and test your knowledge of Pride flags with our memory game, or find encouragement in the uplifting messages inside our paper fortune cookies. In the Rotunda, you’ll also find a display board where you can share your thoughts on diversity, as well as your wishes and suggestions for TU Hamburg.
