In general, the following applies when using digital media licensed by University Library of Hamburg University of Technology (TUB):
- Access to full texts is permitted to members of TUHH as well as registered users of the library.
- Library users who aren’t members of TUHH can use the licensed media only inside the library.
- The full texts may only be printed or saved for personal use and for scientific purposes. A commercial reuse is not allowed.
- It is not allowed to pass on full texts electronically or in printed form to unauthorized third parties.
- The systematic download of full texts or search results, especially by robots or crawlers, is prohibited.
In case of proven misuse, users can be excluded from further access.
