What do you think? – Learning through communication
Communication is essential for finding solutions to a task together with others. Yet conveying one’s own ideas for solutions to others is a major challenge. How can these vague ideas, which so far exist only in the imagination, be communicated? What information does the person I’m talking to need in order to understand my ideas and build on them? Should I describe them verbally or through drawings? Or can I convey my vision through gestures?
In this workshop, participants will experience and reflect on these reciprocal forms of communication as catalysts for learning. In small groups, mini-tasks will encourage the use of diverse forms of communication. Analogue media such as pens, scissors, glue and paper etc. will be provided for the communicative processes. Finally, the reciprocal forms and experiences of communication, as well as the results produced, will be presented to one another.
This event will be held in German!
