Die Dokumentationsstruktur eines jeden Datensatzes besteht aus über 80 verschiedenen Informationsfeldern (Komponist, Arrangeur, Verleger, Titel, Genre, Form, Schwierigkeitsgrad, Chortyp, Sprache, Jahrhundert, Instrumentalstimmen usw.).
